ReadyCare was founded in 2017 in Waterford, MI and has humbly grown its presence from one to five senior living communities spanning the entire state of Michigan.
ReadyCare is a privately held, family-owned company, and is operated by Janelle Land, RN, and her husband John. Janelle is a Registered Nurse of over 16 years, a wife of 26 years to her husband John, a devoted mother of 4 beautiful children, Jade, Jett, Julia, and June, and a proud caretaker of all kinds of animals.
ReadyCare has a strong leadership team, and a precise and effective care model that guarantees safe and routine care for all its clients.
